Mens League Information

Cedar Lake offers a variety of Men’s and Women’s leagues that span from early May to mid September.  The Club’s league program is a wonderful way for members to meet and interact with other league participants.  For Tuesday and Wednesday night leagues the main restaurant and bar will be open after play and we always encourage members (league participants or not) to come join in the fun after the round.  New food and drink specials are available weekly, so come check it out! Men’s Tuesday Night League: The Men’s TNL is open to all golf members 18 and older and is by far the club’s largest league with 136 participants last year.  The TNL, once known as a “scratch” league only for better players, now encourages players of all skill levels to join, although no handicaps are used. Teams of 6-7 men are formed through a draft process and your weekly team score is an aggregate score of your team’s 3 best scratch balls per hole.

Men’s Wednesday Night League: Wednesday League is a smaller league and more ideal for higher handicappers.  Many players play both leagues, however.  It’s virtually identical to the Tuesday League in all aspects other than that instead of having 3 scratch scores tally up we add two net scores instead.  5 man teams make up this league and as with the Tuesday League, a draft process forms the teams.
